READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL WARNING AND CAUTION LABELS ATTACHED TO THE SAFETY STANDS.

The safety stands must always be used as a pair on the roller bed only. One on each side of the roller bed.

The roller bed must be empty. NO CONTAINER ON THE BED.

When attaching the safety stands to the roller bed, slide the round hole on to the roller sliding it all the way to the bed frame. The red arrow on the safety stand must point towards the frame to insure that the stand will contact with the truck frame correctly when the roller bed is lowered.

Once you have slid the safety stands onto the rollers, lock the stands in place by pushing down on the handle until it goes over center and locks onto the roller.

Replace any missing rollers that you would use to hang the safety stans on. Once the stand is locked in the rollers they must be able to rotate freely, this will keep the safety stands vertical as the roller bed is lowered.

As the roller bed is lowered, MAKE SURE the safety stand base plates come to a complete flat position on the truck frame.

User must insure that all safety related decals are maintained and replaced should lack of readability become evident.

The RO-8000 safety stands have a 4 ton each capacity. If any parts become damaged or in poor repair, please call Emerson Manufacturing for replacement parts.
